Who is responsible for supplying the alcoholic beverages?
You are responsible for providing your own liquor, beer, wine, or champagne.
Does the Banquet Center supply the Wedding cake?
No. We can only refer you to our partners
Are there any specific deadlines we must be aware of?
W expect full payment for the facility 2 weeks before the event.
What are your payment terms?
A minimum deposit is required at the time the contract is signed. Full payment should be made 2 weeks before the event.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Please give us a call for our promotional discounts.
How long do I have use of the Banquet Center?
All rental time is 8hrs including setup and clean up time.
What is the seating capacity of the Banquet Center?
The Banquet Center can accommodate conveniently up to 150 people.
Are there any minimum number of guest requirements?
No. There is no minimum number of guests for the facility rental.
Can the Banquet Center provide assistance help with other services?
Yes, we have a list of referrals for Wedding Cakes, DJs and Bands, Photographers, Hotels and Limousine services just to name a few.
What choices are available for linens, tables clothes, and other items?
Our major colors are White, Cream and Brown. Other color choices including Pink, Black, Red, Burgundy, and Peach are available at extra cost.
What do you provide for table decorations?
Vase, Flowers, Mabbles and others. We can organize for other decorations at your request.
